WebFormatics™ and NetFormatics™
BioXing designs, develops and integrates software tools for data entry,
analysis and data mining of BxArraytm, BxArrayCStm, BxLabtm
and BxKnowledgetm databases. In each of the software tools sections
can be found early versions of screen captures of fully functioning web forms,
presentation of design and database schemas. The example schemas and
applications should be considered models that can be molded or customized to
the requirements of individual laboratories.

This application provides a central controller for accessing information and
launching tasks within the BxArraytm and
BxLabtm Process Flow.
It also provides the status of various tasks in the process flow. |

Sets up and manages user accounts, projects, grants or
contracts, principle investigators, collaborators, clients and security or
privilege access. |

BxLibrariantm |
Manages targets, samples, slides and all associated data. |

BxDesignertm |
Used in experimental design to create custom slides and to
manage probe data. |

BxAssaytm |
This application provides the user with the ability to use and to develop
standard protocols for hybridizing or binding samples to arrayed
slides. |

Provides basic analysis of acquired data. |
| Data Mining |

These are Data Mining applications that provide the ability to investigate and integrate
Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) data with Knowledge database information for interpretation, correlation and
analysis of measurements. These applications also extend the information in the
Knowledge database by adding quality results data and by adding supporting
experimental results. |
