Assay

The BxAssay^tm application provides the user with the ability to use and to develop standard protocols for hybridizing or binding samples to arrayed slides. It can also be used for assay protocols when analyzing samples using other experimental methods. The protocol and all parameters are stored in the database as part of the electronic notebook. It is a combination of a text file and discrete parameters.
