The collection of relational knowledge databases created using the BxKnowledge^tm Process Flow are designed for  integrating to BioArray^tm  and BioLab^tm  analysis and data mining.  These databases are usually customized for the analysis requirements and research areas of the investigating laboratory. Additionally metadata knowledge databases can be created using the methods of OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing) which are designed to work with disparate data sources.

The architecture of the Knowledge Database System is described in the Documents Section under  BxKnowledge Process Flow. The  Hardware Configurations document describes different computer configurations that can be used for this system.
